Energy efficient, brand new homes

When you Start Living with us, you can be sure you’re making a sustainable choice. Because all our properties are brand new, they’ve got energy efficiency built in – new homes are 6.5 times more efficient on average than ones built 30 years ago.

Our homes are already Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rated B or above, years ahead of the government’s 2030 target. This means they’re better insulated – so you can stay warm and comfortable all-year round, while reducing emissions and bills.
